1) The samples are taking from a tree consisting of 2 kinds of barks, light and dark. both samples regardless of the media type, have colonies consist of white “cloudly-like” texture.
2) The growth on the PDA media seems to be more prominent , showing more growth then CMA.
3) Judging from what is stated in (2) , PDA is a better choice simply because the organism grows faster in it.
