This fungus was isolated from soil growing at the base of a tree I found in a park (the green blob in the upper corner of the bottom plate picture). This is the sample of PDA. On the bottom, you can clearly see it growing in one big dark green spot and an adjacent smaller spot. The dark green color reminds me of cladosporium herbarum. However, when looking at the top of it is entirely covered by white mycelium sticking upright and so reminds me of Mucor racemosus. Then again, it is not yellow/brown like Mucor racemosus. Compared to the other fungi on the plate it appears to be growing slowly. I think it might be cladosporium herbarum, but the top is just concealed by the growth of mycelium from other fungi growing in the plate.
