Small amount of soil from my backyard lawn was sprinkled onto the plates. The PDA (right) plate has mycelium covering the entire plate while the CMA (right) plate has not. The some parts of the mycelium in the PDA plate is yellow in colour while the CMA plate only has white mycelium. I believe the PDA plate is better as the growth of the fungi was much faster.
