Here I plated a red maple leaf and a palm tree leaf on both media. The PDA seems to have a lot more growth than the CMA plates. The PDA plate seems to be more opaque than the CMA, which makes me think there’s more fungal growth. I think the PDA plate is better for growth for this reason.
