This is sampled from the soil of my tomato plant sitting on the balcony. The upper photo shows the top of the plate and the lower photo shows the bottom. There is no growth in the CMA sample, whereas the fungi has completely taken over in the PDA sample. It is clear to see that the PDA sample is better for the growth of this fungi.
