I chose to isolate try and isolate fungi from soil from a jade plant in my house. I chose to sample this because I wonder how much fungi there is in the soil of a regular house plant. I hypothesize that I will see some fungal growth, I am not sure how much but I am sure I will see some because I am guessing that soil usually contains some fungi.
