For each plate, the left sample is swabbing from the shower curtain and the right sample is from under a toothbrush holder. The sample from the shower curtain is growing rapidly, with a dark red colour on the bottom. The sample from the toothbrush holder appears to have no growth. I suspect the green/white fungi come from contamination as they appear on both sides of the plate. PDA is the better sample here, because the red shower curtain fungi is growing much faster in this media.
