1) Sample taken from a opened English Muffin (crust and center), with milky-like, melted butter texture appearing on the bread in PDA, and a yellow-ish snot on the CMA. There are no “isolated” colonies b/c they appear to be blob-like.
2) Organism colonies has covered both crust and center of bread in PDA. Whereas CMA has some appearing at the bottom of the bread.
3) PDA , again , is better then CMA in terms of growth.
