This is a sample from swabbed table. The left side is the light part from the table, the right side is dark part from the table.
Both plate shows similar variety and growth pattern of fungus. The fungus in PDA plate grow a bit faster than the fungus in CMA plate.
I think PDA is better in this case. Because of the fungus grow more quickly compare to the CMA plate.
