I plated a rotting peice of pumpkin and shrivlede orchid flower sample on pda and cma.
On the Pda media, there is more growth for the pumpkin sample. The orchid flower sample has similar growth on both media, it shows little fungal growth.
I think PDA media is better because the growth from the pumpkin sample spread farther on the pda plate then the cma.
