So this sample comparison, is of my pantry air samples. In this case, we see almost no growth on the PDA plate, whilst we see significantly more on the CMA plate. I believe the CMA plate is better in almost all cases here, as despite the time (almost a week) there was little growth. Thus in order to obtain good samples we would use the CMA to get any real growth.
