For this one, I wanted to do a simple air sample of my pantry (specifically around some of the produce we store there). I wanted do this sample, as I was curious to know if there was anything in the air of my home, and it seemed most appropriate to do where food was stored. I would assume there will be very little fungal growth as my family and I do a pretty good job of keeping the house clean.
