I took both soil and plant tissue samples of my mom plant as I wanted to compare the differences in fungal growth. The plant was in decent health, my mom had forgotten to water it for awhile so it might be a little dehydrated. I expect to see more fungal growth in the soil compared to the leaf sample I took.
