This sample was taken from my bathroom ceiling. The growth is dense, dark, and is growing in one big clump. It’s dark green/grey/black in colour with white a white rim around the darker growth. So, the mold from my bathroom looks like it could be Aspergillus fumigates because the top and the bottom have a green interior with evident white fuzzy edges. However, it could also be Penecillium because it has white edges that fade to a green top and bottom.
