I did an air sample on the window sill of my kitchen right behind the kitchen sink, I left it open for an hour with the windows closed.
The predominiance of a fungi is different on each media, the cma has lots of white coloured colonies growing on it while the pda media has a large green spot growing with little white colonies growing on it.
I think cma media is better here for the white fungi growing because the colonies look larger. The green fungi seems to really like the pda media because it has grown big too.
