On the bottom side of both plates is the towel sample, however on the top (CMA) plate the sponge sample seems to have moved over. The two media are showing very similar growth for these two samples. The fungi growing look very similar in colour and texture as well. I am not sure which media is better yet, perhaps PDA because the fungus consistencies look thicker?
