In the middle of the picture is the soil side on both plates, on the top and bottom edge of the plates are the jade leaf samples. CMA is on the bottom plate, PDA is on the top plate. The CMA is showing a very unique green fungus growing where the sample of the jade leaf is. On PDA the fungus has taken over the entire plate, while on CMA there are some open spaces, so I think that PDA is the better medium in this case.
