This is dirt from my indoor aloe plant pot. The left (PDA) plate has more dense white fuzz growth. The right (CMA) plate has less dense white fuzz growth and a small green colony. If we want growth of one type of fungi the PDA plate is better because it has faster growth of the white fuzz.
