I found this mushroom near the sidewalk and it was growing in the soil next to a tree. The cap shape is plane and cap margins appear slightly eroded. The surface of the cap is wrinkled, and its partial veil is fluccose. Gill attachment is sinuate with average thickness and close spacing. Gill breadth is narrow and edges are even. Stem is located centrally and has an equal shape. Surface of stem is fibrous and no visible signs of a bulb. This mushroom looks like Russula aurea, because of the wrinkly red orange cap.
