I found this leaf while I was walking around my neighborhood and wanted to cut it up to use as a sample. I chose this as a sample simply because of the discoloration (and hole) present in the leaf. I assume there will be a high amount of fungal growth, as some of the other leaves I saw were showing more discoloration than this one.
