These plates were placed by a heat vent in my room to sample the air coming out of it. The CMA (left) plate appears to have 4 medium sized colonies that are white and fuzzy in appearance. The PDA (right) plate has very small white colonies growing with a yellow bacteria colony also present. As the CMA plate has much more pronounced fungal growth, I believe that CMA is better at growing airborne fungi.
