Greening potato flesh sample (right) and spore print from unknown lawn little brown mushroom. CMA(right ) displayed faster fungal growth from the potato sample (PDA growth is still minimal). CMA showed greater bacterial growth from the spore sample although this is likely due to experimental error(larger inoculum size). CMA would be better due to faster fungal growth.
