1) Green and dark leaf of a grape bush was the source of plating. The white colonies on both plates are not isolated, they seems like a mush.
2) The only difference between the two media is the degree of coloration. where PDA has whiter colonies then CMA. However, in turns of growth size, CMA shows a bigger range of spread in dark and green leaves.
3) CMA is a better media for isolating this organism for testing, PDA is better for growing more organism for future use.
