These plates contain a swab sample from the inside of my garbage can (2a) and my window sill (2b). The CMA plate is on the left, the PDA plate is on the right. There is much more growth on the PDA plate than the CMA plate, and a larger variety of types of growth as well. I believe the PDA plate is better because there has been faster growth on that plate.
