This white mushroom was found on a decaying log in a forest park. The cap is mostly flat with arched margins. The gills are close. There may or may not be an eccentric stipe that grows perpendicular to the log then holds the cap upward. The cap is smooth and the gills are entire. This fungus is Pleurotus pulmonarius (Oyster mushroom).
