This was found on my walk in the forest, it was found in some dirt neat moss with some decaying tree. This mushroom has a plane flat cap shape, with split cap margin in one area. I unfortunately did not get a great picture of the gills as I didn’t want to kill the mushroom to get a good picture however it looks like it is gilled with a narrow breath and close spacing. The stem features looks central with a round equal shape with a mostly smooth stem with possibly viragate surface (hard to tell from photo ) I think this could maybe be Entoloma nidorosum as found from the online pictoral guide
