I isolated tissue from the leaf of my dieffenbachia of 2 years.
I chose damaged tissue from this plant, it was yellow and wilted. I chose this plant because everytime I think its happy, it starts to drop leaves. I’ve tried various ways to keep it healthy, I tried different watering schedules and methods but it likes making yellow leaves nonetheless. I expect to see some fungal growth because it sits near a semi open window.
