I found this mushroom in my kitchen soaking in water. Cap shape is incurved and cap margins are slightly appendiculate. Its cap surface has warts and its partial veil is stellate. Attachment of gills is adnate and breadth of gills is broad. Gill edges are even, with subdistant spacing and average thickness. Stem is located centrally and has a round (terete) shape. Its bulb has a concentric rings/scales appearance and surface of its stem is fibrous. This mushroom looks like Lentinula edodes, or shiitake mushroom.
