This was another mushroom from the supermarket. It has a convex cap shape, a even cap margin, and smooth cap surface. This mushroom doesn’t seem to have any partial veil features. For the gills, it looks like it has a decurrent long attachment, with a close gill spacing, and even entire edges. The stem is very thick and smooth with a central location for the stem. This mushroom looks like the king oyster mushroom or Pleurotus eryngii.
