I took a sample form the blackened part of a green bell peper’s stem. I suspect the blackening is produced by fungi growth and I want to test if there is fungi present. I expect to observe medium fungi growth since there seems to be an infection yet no obvious fruiting bodies seem to be seen at plain sight
