Bathroom air sampled for 1 hour from bathroom counter. Both media pear to be growing different species or displaying different morphologies.
PDA(left) displays. small colonies with orange pigments on the edges and a large white colony with black dots(on the up side full of condensation).CMA displays large fuzzy colonies and a small dark one.
Both appear to allow growth although they may grow different species or induce different phenotypes PDA displayed faster growth so it could be better.
