2. The CMA plate seems to be favouring more bacterial growth while the PDA plate has significant mold coverage. The molds on the CMA plate are restricted to pinhead-sized spots whereas the PDA plate allows the mold to grow to dime-, nickel-sized spots and even have a white mat of mycelia that covers 75% of the plate.
3. The PDA plate is better for mold growth and it allows them to grow larger in size and the bacteria are not as dominant in this media.
