I took a sample from the water in our backyard pond. I chose this sample because we haven’t changed the water for a while ; however, the water looks clean so I’m really curious to see if there would be any growth on my petri dish. I might be wrong but I expect to see at least small amount of growth because the water has been exposed to air for long time so it probably contains some fungi.
