This is another mushroom from my fridge/a store. It has a convex cap shape, with an even cap margin, and smooth cap surface. This mushroom doesn’t seem to have any partial veil features. For the gills, it has a close attachment of gills, with a subdistant gill spacing, and even edges. The stem is smooth and long with a central stem location and it looks like it has an equal stem shape. This mushroom does look like the enoki mushroom we looked at earlier, but it has a much thicker stem and bigger cap. The ID for this mushrrom would be the seafood mushroom , which is a type of Flammulina velutipes.
