This mushroom was found along a trail in fort Langley as it was growing on a tree. Some of its characteristics involves: a cap shape that is depressed (saucer), the margin is an appendiculate (which has fragments), cap surface feature was pruinose, was not able to identify any partial veil features, however the gills had an emarginate shape. Breadth was narrow, spacing was close, edges are serrulate. Location of the stem was central, and the shape of the stem was flexuous. and the details on the bottom of the stem I was unable to identify since it is still planted in the tree. I would identify this mushroom as Cortinarius cinnamoneus
