This mushroom was found growing on a dead log at a community garden. This polypore mushroom has a conchate cap shape with an eroded cap margin and zonate cap surface. It does not appear to have a stem or veil. It has white pores on the underside with dark areas. While trying to identify this mushroom, I found out the green colouring is due to algal growth on the polypore. This mushroom is mostly likely Cerrena unicolor because of the distinct green + white cap, and white + black pore.
