I am isolating from the air on my balcony. It was a pretty windy day and I figured some spores are probably out and about in the air, ready to nest themselves in my dish. I expect to see medium fungal growth because I left them out for about an hour, plenty of time for some spores to establish themselves. I don’t think high growth simply because I’m up pretty high on the balcony, so perhaps there’s not as much spore-action at this height.
