Sample 12 was a wilting rose that was collected from an overhang, sample 13 was wood collected from a splintering log. Both medias have formed massive cultures that is overtaking the plates; high concentrations of spores and cultures present. There is more fungi present on the PDA plate overall. CMA is a better media for these samples, as there is somewhat controlled growth using that media; an individual can observe the plate unrestricted from the top and bottom view using this media thus far. PDA is hard to observe from the top view.
