Sample 10 was a leaf found on the ground that was originally from a field elm. Sample 11 was a thorn collected from a rose. There is a large formation of cultures from both medias, with more pronounced development on the PDA plates. For this plate, PDA seems to be the best media, as there is less precipitation formed within the culture as well as increased separation between both samples on the plate. Easy to differentiate the two separate samples on PDA relative to CMA.
