The source of the sample is died small plant. I use the leaf and the stem as sample is because the bottom of the stem looked moldy, it shows comparison with the rest healthy part. The bottom of the stem indicates the white mold already begin to grow. I would expect to see high fungal growth in this sample, because the bottom of the sample becoming moldy and the fungi can grow through the whole part of the plant.
