On this plate, sample 4 was a banana peel that I acquired from the dining hall here at SFU, sample 5 was a rose pedal; the source of the rose pedal was from the ground. There has been exponential growth of both samples on PDA, while sample 4 has not developed well on the CMA plate. PDA is better in this instance for these samples, there has been minimal growth of sample 4 on CMA thus far; less differentiation.
