The top plate is PDA media and bottom plate is CMA, and both plates contain a swabbed sample of mold growing on a window. The top plate has more robust mold growing in large, dark green clumps, while the bottom plate has sparse black and olive green mold. The PDA media appears to be better because the growth is much more robust and large colonies are growing, compared to the CMA media that only has small, sparsely growing colonies.
