I took two samples from my plant. one sample from the soil and one sample from the dead leaves. I’m really curious to see what type of fungi are present on both of my samples and I want to compare them with samples that I have taken from a healthy plant that I keep in my room. I would probably see a lot of growth from sample of both plants because they are both organic material and they are exposed to air. However, the dead plant have been outside of my house for a long time, while I have been keeping the healthy plant in my room. So I really want to see what type of fungi live on each of them. I expect to see more growth from the dead plant because it has already started to decay.
