These shelf fungi were growing on a dead tree trunk in Mundy park. There is no stem. The rims are white, and the colors are various stripes of brown. I don’t see the pores like I did on other shelf fungi. The cap margin looks wavy and the shape varies. The texture looks leathery, and I think the surface is zonate.
The tiny grey mushroom caps look to be incurred. They are entirely grey. The cap margins are regular and the surface looks smooth. There are no partial veils on the stem. I couldn’t really see the gills well enough to identify attachment, but the distance is subdistant. The stem is center and flexuous. I think this might be from the genus Mycena based on the long thin flexuous stem and grey coloring. The cap shape is similar to other mycena I have seen.
