This mushroom was also found from a grocery store. Some of its characteristics involves: a cap shape that is convex (evenly rounded), the margin is Crenate, cap surface feature was smooth (which did not show any bumps), partial veil features I am not sure of since the bottom of the mushroom stem was all cut, however the gills looks like an Adnate. Breadth was narrow, thickness is average, spacing was crowded, edges are Eroded. Location of the stem was central, and the shape of the stem was round (I could tell by the tiny amount of stem left, however the majority of it was cut). Bulbs and volvas were not shown (they were cut?) I would identify this mushroom as Paxillus involutus.
