This mushroom was found at Burn’s Bog in very wet, woody soil. It is a gilled mushroom. It has a decompressed cap with an uneven cap surface and an entire, even and regular cap margin. Its partial veil is stellate. The gills appeared emarginate, ventricose, tapered thickness, subdistance to close spacing and even edges. The stem is central, clavate shaped and a surface similar to the cap. Its bulbs and volvas are not visible therefore i cannot comment on its characteristics. I believe this is a Russula cremoricolor due it to distance colours and characteristics.
