I isolated garlic skin from the outside of the bulb. I isolate garlic skin that was closest to the cloves. I chose this garlic that’s hanging in my garage because garlic rot is super common and a few of them have had some rotten cloves. Thus, I expect to see high fungal growth because of how easy they seem to rot.
